Woo Hoo finally an excellent BGL reading

Its only taken 9 weeks from diagnosis to do this; but I finally got a reading of 6 (108 US) I am so thrilled I want to shout it from the rooftops.

I have hung around in the 7-8 range and thought it was going to be impossible to get it lower and bingo tonight it happened..... All the hard work of low carbing has finally paid off

Thanks to this forum I did it
