58, I think. I tested three times for that one. LOL. I'm on Byetta and 2000 mg of Met per day. This was before I went on Byetta, but after I'd been on a long walk on a warm, humid evening. Felt like utter and total crapola for about an hour. I ate a couple of cookies and drank some regular milk, which tends to bring me up slowly without spiking me too high. YMMV.
