Dx July 2007 as Type 2 - A1c 11%,

Novolog 70/30, 30u am and 15u pm.
Past 1 1/2 years, gradually decreased insulin levels, improved diet and exercise
Lost 25 pounds
Jan. 1, 2009 - No Insulin
