Just about 2wks ago, I tried non-fat Greek yogurt, Chobani brand. I love it!!! It has a lot more protein than the yogurt I had been eating. I get the vanilla version and put some artificial sweetener in it and it's so good. Last night, I stirred in some cocoa powder and it tasted like German chocolate! That's for breakfast this morning for sure. Thank you for the tip!!!

I usually put a tablespoon of dark cocoa powder and 2 splendas in a cup of yogurt in it for a little variety.
