Accu-Chek should send you samples of a couple of other sets if you call their customer service number. Just sending you more of the same set that hasn't been working doesn't sound like the best solution. You might have trouble getting samples from other suppliers if you don't have a prescription of file with them, so try Accu-Chek first.
