I'm glad to hear that they stepped up with some better support for you - that is at least part of why we pay them the big bucks for the pump isn't it?

You can use the IV-3000 (same type of thing as Tegaderm) over top, or some folks put one on the skin first and then insert the infusion set through it... I understand that some even do both
