You don't need to worry about breaking bones being caused by diabetes. Some people just break bones easier than others, or sometimes you don't even need to land hard to break something, it's a lot about how you land or hit something.

I broke the scaphoid bone in my hand nearly 4 years ago, that's the first and only time i've broken any bones this far. And the scaphoid bone is generally quite difficult to break due to its placement... Ended up wearing a plastercast for over 10 weeks. What i did? Got mad and hit a wooden door soft enough to get my hand through I've hit concrete walls before and nothing happened
