ok based on the meaning of this thread... things you can eat you would not expect too.......

I have a question. Do you miss Hash Browns?
I did - and I loved hash browns. Then one day someone turned me on to the most obscure way to have the great taste of hash browns and not get the carbs. This is not califlower. these are so much better, in fact my wife likes them better than real has browns.
are you ready?

Radishes. you need to chop them up or grate them. But the trick is when pan frying these up, you got to get them Brown. while they are white they taste like hot/warm radishes. Once they go brown the flavor changes and the texture would fool a blind man into thinking you did something great to his hash browns. Try a bunch and let me know what you think.

I love them and everyone I know who has tried this has liked them too.
