Just goes to show you how broad the definition of exercise is. Exercise after all is the activity of moving your muscles. It's not limited to walking, running, or whatever sports is popular at the moment. You don't even have to a gym member.

This reminds me of something that happened years ago ....

When I was a teenager, I and friends climbed up a volcano in the Philippines. Climbing with us were young local boys whose job was to haul supplies to the restaurants up the mountain. I and my girl friends were admiring the bulging muscles of these local boys carrying heavy boxes on their shoulders. Our city-grown boyfriends asked them whether they went to the gym regularly and what training program/principles they used. Needless to say, the local boys burst out laughing and we girls were red with embarrassment. My girl friends and I decided to find boys with brain between their ears!
