Cheers John. This looks interesting.

I have whacky basals AND whacky sleeping patterns (as in, often sleep very badly, suffer from insomnia a lot, cannot keep asleep longer than 4 hours if I sleep before 11pm, etc etc - years of trying to deal with it).

The last time I travelled my jet lag was so bad I literally thought I was going mad with recurring awake/dreamstates, and I almost put my hand through a wall as I was in some agitated state I can't actually remember. Needless to say my BG were not helping.

This sounds promising for both jetlag, but also both long term issues (which I assume may be connected in my case).
