| I had to give up my favorite flavored creamers also - they were contributing to my high blood sugars. I tried the Sugar Free versions of the International Delight, but it tasted awful.
Now I buy DaVinci Sugar Free syrups and plain half and half for my coffee. Tastes every bit as good and no carbs, no sugar.
