| For me, it depends on what kind of exercise. If I am doing a program with weights, pushups etc, I actully have to take insulin right before I work out (seemed backward, but reading Pumping Insulin taught me why....) but if I'm running and no weights, I usually just take off the pump (since I go 30 45 minutes). Running, if I am below 135, I will take about 10 carbs. Probably if I stopped insulin prior that might get rid of the carb requirement though. What's cross fit?
