| In addition to T2, I wear a stent. I have been doing cardio rehab at a hospital for 3 years. The one-hour session(3-5x/week) almost always reduces my bg by 50-100. I do the treadmill, bike, and arm exercises. Nurses monitor my bp and bg before and after each session and won't release me until a low bg goes up with juice and/or crackers.
Thinking of getting a treadmill for the house.
A doctor told me to avoid "white" foods. Hard to follow. Trying to eat only whole grain. |
