Breakfasts?

So I'm trying to go lower carb (not really low carb, but working on it!) and breakfasts are my biggest issue, at least on work days. I can't eat right after getting up, because it makes me sick. Been that way my whole life. So I get to school and teach a class, and have 2nd period (8:18-9) to eat.

The other problem is that my resistance in the morning is ludicrous. Even 20g of carbs, properly bolused -- and sometimes over-bolused -- can send me over 200.

So any ideas on what to eat? I have no means of cooking besides a microwave. I've been eating nuts and cheese, but that's going to get REAL boring REAL fast and I'll wind up going back to bagels There's really nothing available from the school caf (besides bagels and pop-tarts!) so I need to be able to bring something to eat out of the fridge, or able to be microwaved. I'm SO lost.
