Tell us more about the kinds of foods you like to eat!

Here's one suggestion: prepare a breakfast burrito in advance. I can't do regular flour tortillas - very spiky for me. So I use low carb wraps. Just heat some refried beans (I use non-fat cause the regular beans are 50% lard ) scramble some eggs and add shredded cheddar, salsa and whatever else you like. wrap it up and toss them in the fridge. I can eat them hot or cold and I know they travel well, I have hiked with them in a backpack for four days. If spicy foods are not a problem for you then slice up some fresh jalapeno or habanero peppers. If you like less spicy try some fresh poblano peppers.
