| this is something wierd for you. I cannot eat oatmeal, toast, any cereals, milk, none of that stuff for breakfast. wait a minute i have to go get the product, be right back... for WHATEVER mystery reason, I can eat Hodgson mill multigrain with flaxseed and soy hot cereal with 25 carbs in a serving. ingredients oats, unprocessed wheat bran, mill flaxseed, soy grits, untoasted wheat germ, cracked whole wheat. I don't use milk, I use almond milk, plain unsweetened. i don't add any fruit or sweetener. it is not to bad. I spike at about an hour, about 15 pts, then I am usually lower than I was to start with
at 2 hrs. I do not know why this happens to work. no idea.
