Ideas

Hi...

I usually eat breakfast before I go to school, but I have had to eat during my prep period at 9:00 a.m.

Some of the things that work for me:
yogurt
half of a peanut butter sandwich
cheese and apples
egg/sausage breakfast burritos
leftover steak or roast

I can't really stand eating a lot of non-breakfast foods in the morning, so salad isn't on my list. But, sliced tomatoes are o.k.

Usually, anything you eat at other times of the day will work for your breakfast.
