The BG Yawn!

One of the natural common things we do when we’re a bit tired, yawn! Is yawning one of signals of low blood sugars? is there any evidence to suggest this is a fact?
Has any one else experience or notice this in their-selves or others, personally, can’t say I have, came across this theory in one of my diabetes studies, probably one of those daft stories, well! what do you think, let us know. Thanks.

Many people will try to tell you what you can’t eat with diabetes.
Most will be well-meaning.
Rather than compounding the problem by telling you what you should
eat, I’d recommend a simpler method, eat by your meter.
