| My numbers
My fasting bg levels are about 130 - 140 and 2 hours post breakfast it is still 140 - 150. And 2 hrs post lunch and dinner it's 140mg/dl again. So this means throughout the day the number is around 140 but doesn't come down to normal!!?? This means that my blood sugar is not under control, right?
I have started taking metformin 500mg twice a day and altered my diet too but have not completely reduced carbs. Probably reduction of carbs and increase in exercise would bring a change in the numbers. Any suggestions on this matter are greatly appreciable. Thanks. |
