| Amanda, my breakfast regime has made a signicant difference (especially since I used to eat a PACKET of crumpets with my breakfast before DX.)
Once a week I cook up a heap of beans in a pressure cooker, divide them up into meal size serves and freeze them.
Heat up in the microwave each morning add Chilli, levels are so good there is usually enough leeway to have a slice of Burgen toast with my cup of tea.
In your situation you could easily take the frozen beans to work, they would thaw out in time to eat later.
Works for me but I am a Chilli freak, definitely sets up the palate for the rest of the day. |
