| If you have only just started Metformin you need to remember that it can take 3-5 weeks to see it taking effect. It's not like insulin and it won't immediately bring your numbers down.
Over the next few weeks, if you keep plugging away at the exercise, watch your food and with the Metformin you will see your numbers come down.
