Things that work for me and which are portable:

Low fat plain yogurt with (or without) a little bit of fruit, maybe with some cinnamon;

Boiled eggs;

Small apple, pear, similar fruit;

Slice of low-glycemic bread (Alvarado Bakery Lifestyles bread).

Maybe some of these items will be helpful for you.
