Eat lunch or dinner for breakfast

Try dishes you can cook the night/day/weekend before and heat up in the microwave.

Stews, chicken soup and other soups, coq au vin, baked chicken, baked beans, curry, meatloaf, grilled fish, roast veggies, and the list goes on. Salads don't need heating up.

As you can see, my stomach makes no difference between breakfast, lunch and dinner. Although I can tolerate whole wheat cereal and soy milk and I often eat a bowl with fruits for breakfast, I also eat lunch and dinner dishes for breakfast. My favorite? Any soft cheese mixed with herbs and capers wrapped in smoked salmon!
