GeishaGirl,

I don't really eat breakfast, never have, but using the microwave you could prepare things like:

- Bacon (for what I think you guys call Canadian Bacon, I allow about 1.5 minutes per strip)
- Scrambled Egg (cook in a mug, mix well, heat for 20 secs, stir, heat for 20 secs, stir, repeat until cooked)
- Frankfurters (I cook 2 small frankfurters for 1 min 20 secs at 50% power)

I can tolerate small flour tortilla, just as well as low carb ones are hard to get here. But you could wrap the bacon/frankfurter in a tortilla. I have also done sliced cheddar cheese with slice ham, wrapped in tortilla and zapped for about 30-40 seconds (until cheese melts).

Now I'm getting peckish and trying to work out why the heck I don't do some of the above for myself in the office !
