Question When to exercise???

I've been exercising 25 minutes in the morning (stationary bike) and 15 minutes in the afternoon. However, my FBG isn't going below 130 and my 2 hour after supper BG is usually around 170. All of my other BG's are within normal limits during the day and at bedtime. My 2 hour after eating breakfast is under 120, too. I eat a late lunch and my level remains below 120. I do eat more protein for breakfast because I started going hypo the second day on Amaryl.

Would it be worth a try to exercise 15 minutes in the morning and then do 25 minutes in the afternoon to see if this will help my FBG and my 2 hour after supper reading?

I've been on Amaryl 2 mg in the morning since 1/6/09, and I take Glucophage XR 500 mg at night. I understand about the importance of not staying on Amaryl for an extended time thanks to this forum, and I'm so glad that I found this place, and respect your suggestions and advice.
