Thanks for posting. And, yes, most guys and gals differ when it comes to exercise. I love it. I was once in athletic shape, but that was 20 years ago. I probably not get in that good of shape, but I am at the point to where I look forward to exercising.
As far as carbs, I have cut back a lot. It's the hardest part, too. If I snack, it's a wheat cracker with sugar free peanut butter or some cheese. I do make all of my bread. It has become a hobby. If I eat white bread, I only limit it to 2 - 3 slices a day. Potatoes and rice has been cut back with little problem. The bread is the hardest part for me, really. I once said years ago, that if I ever became a diabetic that it would be so very difficult because I love bread. Tonight we are having broccoli soup. I had sausage and an egg this morning. I had some cheese and crackers with sugar free peanut butter this afternoon. I don't like to eat anything past 6 unless I start feeling hypo. It's just going to take a while since I just started the Amaryl. I was on Byeatta twice a day and the Glucophage at night.
