how many grams of carbs are you consuming (in the reduced state)?

my experience has shown that reduced carb intake significantly drives down cholesterol and triglyceride numbers.

in fact, my doc has begun to reduce my crestor and we may even stop it completely. these reductions in cholesterol and trig levels, in my case, are completely due to reduced carb intake.
