Low Carb Crispy Pizza Recipe

If any of you are like me on this low carb diet thing, you might really be missing the "crunch" of foods you eat. I love chips, thin crust pizza, breading on chicken, etc...so I can up with this pizza recipe. Enjoy! (and modify to your taste)

1/4 Cup Shredded Cheese (for crust)
1/4 Cup Mozzarella
2 tbs. Tomato Sauce
Garlic Powder
Basil and/or Parsley
Oregano
Onion Powder

(optional
Green Peppers
Chopped Onion
Pepperoni
Black Olives
Hamburger
Italian Sausage

Take about 1/4 cup of shredded cheese (any kind you like, but i usually use mozzarella) and sprinkle it evenly in a warm saute' pan on med./high with lightly sprayed with Pam. You want to keep it kind of in one localized area about 4" in diameter. It will start to melt in the middle and brown around the edges. Use your spatula to work up the edges so they don't stick to much and when the bottom gets brown all the way, carefully flip it over to do the other side. Crisp it to your liking and set on a paper towel.

Now take the seasonings and add to the tomato sauce or get your own pizza sauce (watch for carbs...which is why i do my own) and warm it up in the microwave or keep it cold if you want. This will be your dip.

Now take the mozzarella and toppings and put on your crust. Microwave for about 45 seconds, dip in sauce and enjoy!
