| sorry i didn't get back to this thread before... the same day i posted, i checked my dad's level, he was 5.7 (102) before dinner/supper, when he takes his crestor, and about 2 hours after eating, he was at 9.6 (173)...
he thinks it's because of the food, but he only had some steak and a salad with no dressing... ok, so some foods can raise your bs, but by that much? i guess the crestor did raise his bs, but it doesn't look like it raised it to an uncontrolled level, since anything under 10 (180) 2 hours after a meal is considered ok...
