Bed Time Snack

I am pre-no meds, low carb. I think you should try a small protein snack such as cheese and one cracker before bed. I have high fbss only when I wake up very stressed and my adreneline is in overtime. For eg I have had a high stress dream or I am anticipating a stressful day or I am particularly anxious about something, or I wake up and find I have a leak from upstairs pipes ruining my living room ceiling (true). I tend to be an anxious person.

I usually have a small glass of red wine and a slice of cheese around 9 pm, bed by 10:30, rise at 6:30. Good luck,it takes a while to know what works for you.
