 health fod store gave me free sample of PgX
I went back to the health food store again today because my daughter eats the steel cut oatmeal they have there and they had none yesterday when I was there. I told the managr I wanted to try PGX- fibre but wanted to hear more about it from other diabetics before I INVESTED in it, and he said " take a try for 3 days" He gave me 10 pills, one per meal and an extra if I lose one or something.I do eat alot of fibre in the morning but I just took it about an hour ago and I feel like I'm going to explode. I am so full you'd think I ate a moose ( Canadian joke!!!) for lunch instead of a tossed salad.I will take my BG in another hour. |
