Question Advice on breakfast

Wasn't too sure where to put this coz it could fit into a few of the threads relating to food really.

At the moment I avoid breakfast, mainly because I dont get all that hungry, but also because taking even the smallest of shots of novorapid in the morning makes me go hypo even if I eat a decent snack.

I can't stand toast in the morning or cerial. I certainly don't have time to cook anthing either.
Although i dont get hungry first thing, i do feel like i wish id eaten something by around 11am. So I've been eating Raspberries at breakfast. Theyre great coz they dont effect my bg, they're also fantastic for keeping depression at bay!

But I'm really trying to find something else to go with them or have instead, something that wont raise my blood sugar by much so I dont have to take a morning shot. I thought about a small fruit salad, but the fruits i can have are expensive (im a student ).

The best things that don't affect my bg are - eggs, coconut, raspberries and strawberries. But they don't go together all that well!
I've looked through some lists of low carb foods but nothing seems suitable as breakfast food.

Anyone got any sugestions? I dont fancy eggs with raspberries on top
