Hi Laura,

Here is a quick and easy breakfast or snack. Prepare a frozen whole wheat waffle according to package directions. Top it with peanut butter and some of your raspberries or blueberries. Fold it and eat it like a taco. The total is around 35 carbs. I found that one worked well for a snack, but I require two for breakfast.
