Ok this is sort of OT but somewhat on the same lines, I see a husband and wife team for two separate disease, both charge $70 per visit, which I just pay my $15 copay for each.

The one I see for my lupus does 1 blood test on me that costs $499 according to the hospital fees charged to my insurance. When I get all the blood work done for him, usually twice a year, it comes to about $750. I was just glad to have my insurance.
