I'm with Linda and Heather on this one. Yogurt all the way!

I, like you, cannot stand eating breakfast in the morning, Laura. I have to practically force-feed myself. Pancakes are better for dinner lol, unless it's breakfast in bed , and waffles involve too much chewing! :p

I've found that yogurt is the easiest and lightest to eat, and it keeps my BG's nice and stable throughout the morning. I don't have to cook it or chew it (much lol) which is always a bonus (the smell of cooking food in the morning is definitely a turn-off for me). In a pinch, you can buy plain vanilla yogurt and throw some fresh fruit - like your raspberries - in it. Personally I eat the regular carb, no sweetener stuff and it tops about 20 g CHO, but if you're looking for less CHO then do as Heather suggested and check brands.

Good luck!
Shy
