Please bring spouse/kid(s) too! My husband will be thrilled to cook a brisket! It happens to be the day before my birthday, so it will be extra special. My dad is a T2, so he's coming too. (And, Mike, we live in Southlake, closer to Ft. Worth and Denton than Mesquite.) But don't expect a "typical" Southlake house -- we are in a small, "regular" house!
