| I have in-laws in Blue Springs (near KC). We usually go visit every year. I lived in and around KC for about 7 years -- worked at the big Sprint campus while it was being built. I've enjoyed Springfield (where the original Bass Pro is), Branson, and I once drove my dog to the vet hospital in Columbia.
Moving to KC from Dallas was a bit of a culture shock. It took about 2 years before I liked it, and then I decided I'd never move to a big city again. Well, that was until my husband got transferred back to Dallas.
