That depends on the exercise and the person. I have had my blood sugars bottom out both while lifting weights intensely and while doing cardio, while I have read others here state that one or the other seems to crank their blood sugars way up. The trick is to figure out which type you are...

I find if I can get my butt out of bed and do cardio in the morning, my sugars run lower and I require less insulin all day.
