I'd feel perfectly fine until I passed out. I've tested myself in the low 20s many, many times and treated it and continued doing whatever I had been doing before. I have no idea what the magic number is that I have to reach before passing out because I'm obviously unconscious by then!

I have not passed out or had as many severe lows since I started pumping. All of my horrible experiences were on injections.
