I don't have a problem with people saying they hate this or hate that. I do have a problem with people saying so without qualifying why. What about them do you not like? The color? The button sizes?
I loved my Aviva. Just because I don't use it as my primary meter doesn't mean I hate Accu-Chek. I don't use their meter as my primary meter because I found it not to be as accurate as a few other brands. I still use mine as a backup, though.
Accu-Chek and Lifescan both have very friendly customer service and support. I have no complaints about either company.
