I'd suggested you see your GP and get things checked.
The pros to this:
1. You get a second opinion
2. You can rest easier in yourself knowing it has been checked
3. If you need an antibiotic you will get one
The cons:
1. It may cost a bit of money to see your GP
I think the pros outweigh the cons
