 blue cross may not cover cgms!
My family has switched insurance coverage to Blue Cross (Idaho). We had to because my dad lost his job and my mom's employer carries Blue C. But we heard today that they almost never approve the cgms. I've been on it for 9 mo. now (last two ins. co. paid) and I don't want to give it up. does anyone have any ideas for getting this approved? My doctor has already put in the paper work for necessity, but he said at this point they won't tend to contact him again, they'll just review my records and their own docs will decide. I need some guidance please. |
