I would avoid using a blow dryer and give it a few days to dry out. I dropped my blackberry in a pool and it took 3 days of leaving it in the sun for it to dry out completely, after which it worked fine. Since the Dexcom doesn't really have any openings in the case it could take a lot longer.

You could try prying the case open to let it dry but that's at your own risk. That would be last resort if you can't get them to replace it.
