I do not feel you are taking sides. You are presenting both sides of the coin.

It is possible this situation occurred. They may feel demoralized; typical to the profession (I witnessed this during my tenure in my pharmacy days too), no one really listened to me. Had anyone spoke and listened to me, they'd understand my decision had nothing to do with their practice (except the nutritionist)
