There are many different types of adhesives that can be used to help the sets stay on.

IV3000 and Tegadrem and Tegaderm HP(for sensitive skins)are clear bandages that can be put over the sets, with a hole cut in the so the pump and be hooked back up for bolus and such.
There are some other brands , Opsite Flexfix tape I think is the name of one and also Skin Tac, an adhesive that is used to help sets adhere better,
