Test for yourself to be sure....

For me, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, all the berries really... avocado is tremendous.... cherries....

Apples, bananans, canteloupe, honeydew all start pushing the limits.... but I'll still indulge now and again...

Pineapples, oranges were really bad for me a year ago. I'll probably retest them again soon after significant weight loss..

At any rate, you might want to eat your fruits with cheese or something that has fat because it tends to slow the absorbtion and peak of the spike. Even better than cheese is full fat whipping cream with a bit of vanilla extract added and splenda to taste... mmmmm... perfect summer treat.
