Before you write grapes off for yourself... these comments were for THESE people's bodies, not YOURS. If you are going severely low carb, bye bye any fruit is probably your answer. But if you are looking to find the fruits that don't spike you as much or spike you to a degree you deem acceptable, there is only one way to find the answer. It involves you, a controlled portion of the fruit in question, and your tester before and 2 hours after. Maybe a few times.
You can take other people's findings as fruit for thought. But fruit threads often show what spikes one person, may barely touch another. Go forth and try those grapes!
