I agree with Subby! You need to just test what works on your body. For instance, I am fine with apples as long as I bolus, but I can't eat bananas without spiking too high even with a bolus.
Someone else here said the opposite. It's so personal.
Plus, IN MY OPINION, if you're going to allow yourself the occasional treat, fruit is probably a much healthier way to go than something processed or unnatural. Enjoy life and be healthy. There has to be a balance.
