Speaking of "know-it-all", I think I understand why you're so able to recognize this trait.

And I have to wonder if you truly wish to eat a proper diet that will control your diabetes, or just find justification for eating whatever you want. Cheerios for breakfast is hurting you a lot more than that lowly egg. Kinda like the mac/cheese & muffins thing.

You have worse problems than your cholesterol OR your bg . . . you can look truth in the face and deny deny deny.

Since you care not for the wisdom advanced here on your behalf, I just have to wish you well as you go your merry way. I see severe difficulties in your future, but as I've said before, you call the shots & you can take your lumps.
