| Post of self treatment The Ginger root, Dandelion, Cayenne Fruit, and the addition of 20,000 IU of Vit D3, along with 2 Tbs of Benefiber and 1500 mg of Mg-Oxide/ 1500mg of Calcium has definitley speeded up my digestion. In addition I am taking the Benefiber in the morning and at night now.
Breakfast was eggs, suasage, bacon, mushrooms and a cup of hash browns with peppers and onions. 1 hour PP only at 119, FBG this morning was 102. Sweet Tea here we come.
